1985 Mariners

All Star(s): OF – Phil Bradley

Season Roundup: The Mariners finished 6th in the AL West with a 74-88 record.

What they wore: There were no changes to the home whites but the team, for the first time, moved away from the powder blue road uniforms. Choosing instead to wear a uniform similar in design to the home Uni, only changing the base color to grey.

Home

What has Changed: No Change from last year.

Full Description: The Home White is a double-knit V-neck pullover with solid Blue trim on the collar. These feature the beautiful vertical stripes of this era that start at the collar and run down the length of the shoulder to the sleeve ends. On the Crest, the font for the “Mariners” script across the chest is unique to this era and more detail is shown by the three layer BLUE-GOLD-BLUE twill stack-up. The font on the players identifying number is a sans-serif block and is located below the Crest and on the left. The numbers on back are the same, only larger. The Players Name on Back is solid BLUE twill arched and in Block lettering, sewn on a nameplate.
